Q: What is the 'Pure Silver' you use to make the personalised jewellery?

A: Pure silver is 99.9% pure silver which is purer than Sterling Silver which is 92.5% silver. As a result it is slightly softer than sterling silver and as with all jewellery will take on a character as it is worn over time. All the chains, bracelets and mechanisms we use in our jewellery is Sterling Silver.

Q: I have left it late to get a present and I really want to give one of your products as a gift. Can they be made quicker?

A: Don't worry there are various options we can help you with. Firstly you could look at our 'Gift Pack' range.This allows you to give the gift of personalised jewellery in a nicely gift packaged box in a range of denominations. The pack contains all the details of the products along with the relevant impression/print making kit to send back to us. Another option if you can't decide on the gift to give would be one of our Gift Vouchers. If you would rather still give the finished product as a gift then contact us before placing an order and while we state our lead times on the website we will let you know if there is anything we can do to turn things around ASAP.

Q: How old do you do you have to be to take a print for fingerprint jewellery?

A: We tend to find that until children are about 3 years there fingerprints are very immature and good prints are often more difficult to obtain. We would suggest that in the case of younger children better end results can be obtained with our Hand/Footprint jewellery where there really is no one to young or old!

Q: I have an existing handprint or footprint that I would like to use. Can I use it to create the Personalised Jewellery/Personalised Glassware?

A: Yes we can use your existing handprints or footprints to create our Personalised jewellery and glassware so long as they are reasonably good prints. During the checkout process there is a comments section at the end, just let us know that you want to use your own print and we will not send you out the print taking kit.

Q: Can I have a Name or text on the back of my personalised jewellery?

A: Yes no problem, we can put text on the reverse rather than the front of our personalised jewellery. Just add the details to the comments section at the end of the checkout process with the details of what you want on the reverse. If however you want text on both sides of your personalised jewellery, it will be classed as double sided and a premium would have to be paid for this. Please contact us with exact details of what you want for a quotation.

Q: Are you a franchise?

A: No we are an independently run company and as such have total control of our quality and products we offer. (See 'About Us' for more details) We do however have select partner channels we sell some of our products through.
