Terms and Conditions for use of this website:
The use of any materials or information on this website is entirely at your own risk. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
The use of this web site any matter relating thereto is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of England.
The content or other information provided may be subject to change without notice.
The price of the goods, are exclusive of VAT. If the Seller is registered for VAT you shall be additionally liable to pay the Seller the VAT requested.
We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials included on this website for any purpose. Further, it is to be acknowledged that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and liability for such is expressly excluded
All personalised items (whether finger, foot, hand or other are handmade to order and you must please check in advance that we can fulfil delivery in a required timescale before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly nor checking orders or misspelling personalised orders.
Reproduction of any material or information of any kind, other than in accordance with the copyright notice, is strictly prohibited. All images of items created by us remain the property of us and may be used in marketing materials both printed and online as well as on this website.
Deliveries:
We aim to despatch any print taking or impression kits required for the production of our personalised products within 48 hours. On receipt of prints or impressions we aim to despatch all completed orders within 4 weeks. During busy periods (Mother’s day, Father’s day, Valentines Day and Christmas) we reserve the right to extend the above periods.
During periods where we offer Free UK delivery, this is standard Royal Mail 1st class delivery and as such we are not able to offer a guarantee as the the delivery time scale or insurance on the item. As such if you want this guarantee then you should select the Royal mail Special Delivery option of delivery as outlined below.
Schedule of Example Delivery Charges to UK mainland;
Orders up to 500g with a Value < £500 - £6.90 – Special Delivery before 1pm
Orders up to 500g with a value up to £1000 - £8.45 – Special Delivery before 1pm
Orders up to 1000g with a Value < £500 - £8.20 – Special Delivery before 1pm
Orders up to 1000g with a Value < £1000 - £9.05 - Special Delivery before 1pm
Any other sizes, weights, values or destination of deliveries will be calculated and made available at the time of order.A signature will be required for all deliveries. For overseas orders please email us and we’ll get back to you with a shipping price.
If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail or Courier and the goods are returned to us (because you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the Post Office/Courier), we will make a charge to re-cover our costs in sending these goods out to you.
Whilst every effort will be made to inform you of attempted delivery, we regret that we cannot be held responsible if the Post Office/Courier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it if in the unusual event that your delivery is lost in transit a refund/replacement will be made at our discretion after 20 days has elapsed.
If there are any changes in the delivery details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us.
Your Right To Cancel:
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of most of our products your right to cancel your order (contract) will depend on the stage or the order process:
Once your order has been accepted by us and prior to despatch of any impression or print taking kit (for personalised or bespoke items) or prior to the dispatch of non personalised or bespoke items, you can cancel the contract and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
If the print taking or impression kit has already been dispatched for personalised or bespoke items then we will make a cancellation charge of £15, and any remaining money owed will be refunded within 30 days.
Once you have returned a print taking or impression kit and we have started to make your personalised or bespoke items, we regret that the order cannot be cancelled. In this instance, please follow the guidelines for Returns / Refunds.
Please note that bespoke items once ordered commits to purchase once production has commenced. Customers normally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven working days of receipt of the item. However this does not apply to bespoke items.
Title:
The title to all goods remains with Cast Memories until received by the customer.
Returns & Refunds:
We cannot accept returns on personalised, bespoke or special commission’s orders. In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake on your order or the order (or any part of it) arrives damaged please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Return shipping costs for this will be covered by us.
