Once you have placed an order we will send you one of our Paw Print Capture Packs. This includes:

- Stamped addressed returns envelope
- Print taking instruction sheet
Once you have taken the print you would like incorporated into your charm send it back to us we will then create your silver personalised charm before shipping it back to you in one of our black and silver gift boxes.
